Daily Tip: Did you know the leaf of a tree resembles the shape of the entire tree? When you find a leaf, hold it up near the tree from which it fell and you’ll see it resembles the canopy of the tree itself. Below is an example of a Cottonwood tree and leaf. These are called fractals. Next time you’re on a nature hike, check it out!
